Growth and Community Lead - UK, Remote

We’re looking for a Growth and Community manager to help lead our ever-growing base of users on both paid and free plans. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned growth or performance marketer to work across a diverse set of projects and communications challenges.  As our success is entirely dependent on the success of the members using our platform every day, you will be expected to contribute meaningfully to our members-engagement initiatives via webinars and proactive outreach.

Responsibilities:
  • Master the Newsroom AI authoring platform and become the go-to resource for knowledge transfer
  • Help attract, encourage, build, and manage Newsroom AI’s creators community 
  • Host weekly webinars with community members looking to expand their knowledge around the Web Stories space
  • Write knowledge-base articles around technical aspects of the platform as well as storytelling best practices
  • Work collaboratively with product and commercial teams to create analytics and automation products that maximize our operating leverage 
  • Gather feedback and liaise with the product team to build the next platform iterations
  • Source, contact and liaise with creators and prospective creators to maximise our creators engagement
  • Create and execute on user acquisition and campaigns across a variety of strategies including feature design, positioning, growth acquisition, and content.
  • Pursue growth-related partnerships and opportunities for Newsroom AI
  • Mentor, train and support members of the support team

Performance Profile:
  • Passion for being a leading voice in the creators community
  • Strong organization with attention to detail skills, self-motivation with ability to direct, lead, and motivate self and others are required.
  • 2-3 years experience managing customer support community design, strategy, and implementation initiatives.
  • Keen eye for design 
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Experience working with knowledge bases, content repositories, support portals (Zendesk & Jira preferred)
  • Results-driven and equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves as you are delegating to and inspiring the team

Office hours:

We support your cost with setting up an office with a local WeWork or similar co-working facility.
